We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Sales Director to join our team. The Global Sales Director will be responsible for leading our regional sales teams (Americas, EMEA, APAC) and driving revenue growth across our product portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and manage a global sales team to drive revenue growth across all regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and client services to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals
- Work closely with senior management to develop and execute business plans
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting to provide insights to senior management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a global role
- Excellent understanding of the market research industry, online panels or data collection services.
- English mandatory - any other language such as German, Swedish, French, Italian or Dutch is a strong bonus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
