En este momento, buscamos un/a **Head of Digital** para nuestras oficinas centrales en Manresa (Barcelona). Si tienes más 5 años de experiência en el puesto, podrías ser la persona perfecta para unirte a nosotros

Tu misión será definir y liderar junto al CMO la estrategia digital de marketing de la parte B2C (alumnado) como B2B (nuevos centros) en todos los países en los que Kids&Us está presente.

**Como Head of Digital, serás responsable de**:

- Definir los objetivos y liderar la estrategia digital de marketing para todos los países y coordinar su implementación.
- Liderar la estrategia de CRM de la compañía.
- Establecer los KPIs correctos, supervisar el rendimiento y seguimiento del budget.
- Implementar herramientas de reporting para exponer resultados.
- Preparar informes detallados sobre el rendimiento general de las campañas de marketing.
- Identificar las últimas tendencias y tecnologías para generar ideas sobre estrategias de crecimiento innovadoras.

**¿Qué aptitudes y actitudes buscamos?**
- Formación universitaria en marketing digital.
- 5 años o más de experiência en la gestión de planes de medios digitales.
- Experiência con herramientas de CRM (Hubspot y Microsoft Dynamics, especialmente).
- Conocimiento profundo de varias plataformas de redes sociales, mejores prácticas y análisis de sitios web.
- Tener un buen nível de castellano (nativo o bilingüe) e inglés (mínimo C1).
