We are looking for an experienced Head of Analytics & Planning to join our Analytics & Planning Team in Barcelona with opportunity to work 30 to 50% of the time in Mexico City or to relocate completely to Mexico City as Head of Analytics & Planning.

What you will do*
- Be involved in setting up analytics & planning departments
- Create a state-of-the-art Analytics & Planning capability to support various divisions for a wide variety of brands
- Develop, build and manage a team of over 20 FTE from 2023 and onwards
- Use extensive data analytics, such as marketing analytics, CRO, and demand forecasting, to ensure that the commercial teams are optimising their efforts and accelerating in growth and efficiency
- Lead all activities across the digital business related to e-commerce analytics, including vision development, strategic decision-making, and road mapping
- Report to a Digital Campus lead as a key partner while supporting a wide variety of teams with the required analyses to make data-driven decisions
- Use clickstream and other data sources to help better understand consumer purchase behaviours
- Build and lead a new team that is envisioned to rapidly grow from 25 people in year 1 to potentially 45 people in year 4; engage in the hiring of new employees to ensure the hiring of high-quality people

What you’ll bring*
- 8+ years of experience in the field of e-commerce analytics, with 5+ years as a manager, and at least 3+ years of hands-on analytics experience
- Proficient in leading and growing teams of 20+ FTE and working together with top management
- Efficient in identifying scope and focus of a project, and providing use cases to make challenges understandable and measurable
- Define and deliver analytics strategies with a strategic approach
- Analytical approach to business challenges to prioritise activities
- Experienced in web analytics, a wide range of performance marketing analytics, models, forecasting, cohorts, and pricing
- Proficient in stakeholder management and communication to effectively navigate through multiple teams and layers in the organisation to implement analytical solutions effectively
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; ability to communicate to the senior executives
