Job Title: Global Commercial Excellence Director
Location: Barcelona, Hybrid, 3days in the office
As the Global Commercial Excellence Director you are accountable to establish company-wide capabilities on salesforce effectiveness, key account management, and sales training.
You will be responsible for activities like the definition and implementation of a Global Segmentation & Targeting methodology, the definition and tracking of Sales & Incentive Plans, the implementation of a Global Sales Academy. You will work with Regional and Country Commercial Excellence teams to co-create standards for Galderma, support priority countries to drive implementation, and measure effectiveness through Sales Force Effectiveness insights.
Key Responsibilities- You define and implement the global segmentation and targeting methodology, the tracking of sales and incentive plans and the global sales academy, working with key market regional and country commercial excellence teams to co-create standards for Galderma.- You continuously collect and track insights to optimize the sales and incentive plan working with the regions to ensure a best fit to their markets and report to the senior management team on sales and incentive plan effectiveness.- You follow-up on sales effectiveness information from the regions to inform the overall global commercial excellence roadmap and to identify areas of improvement to implement and optimize field sales capabilities. This includes the harmonization of field/territory teams, such as sales representatives, first line managers and key account managers.- You collaborate with the global business units to further develop global toolkits and a sales academy curriculum including product training, selling skills to further enhance the internal commercial excellence.- You establish a Global Key Account Management approach, including key account plan and review, resource prioritization, negotiation approach, engagement plan
Skills & Qualifications- You have a postgraduate degree in Business Management, General Management or any relatable field and bring solid knowledge in Commercial Sales, Commercial Excellence. Biologics experience a plus- You bring accountability exposure for at least more than one region (cluster of countries, LATAM, EU, Nordics, JPAC,)- You have a successful track record in defining and embedding salesforce effectiveness capabilities- You can present and translate findings and concepts into realistic, actionable recommendations to a variety of audiences, including senior stakeholders- You are proactive and can manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
