En este role de nueva creación y en dependencia del Managing Director IBERIA, la posición tendrá un equipo de 3 personas a cargo y tendrá el objetivo de estructurar, definir y crear una nueva Estrategia de Business Intelligence y Sales Force Effectiveness que ayude a la compañía a seguir creciendo.
Funciones Principales: Crear, definir e implementar la estrategia del departamento, gestionando los procesos de Business Intelligence y Sales Force Effectiveness.
Actuar como business partner de las diferentes BUs.
Aportar una amplia experiencia profesional en su campo a los análisis que se le encomendarán, así como en la aportación y presentación de mejoras, sugerencias, proyectos, implementación de nuevas herramientas, etc.
Generar e implementar proyectos vinculados a Big Data e IA que ayuden a la compañía a posicionarse en esta área.
Generar nuevas estrategias del departamento a nivel IBERIA, de la mano de internacional.
Mejorar la utilización y la experiencia de CRM.
Crear e implementar de un dashboard con indicadores clave, alineados a la estrategia, Analizar y comprender todas las tendencias del mercado y desviaciones comerciales.
Gestión de Proyectos y Estrategia de Negocio: Implementar nuevos módulos en CRM alineados con la estrategia comercial global y de la mano del departamento de CRM.
Enlace entre los equipos técnicos y los equipos comerciales, así como los demás departamentos de la organización.
Analizar las necesidades y proponer soluciones adecuadas y estratégicas.
Analizar y proponer soluciones concretas para mejorar nuestros resultados.
Proporcionar soporte operativo y comercial a los equipos.
Asesorar en el desarrollo de estrategias de ventas y marketing a las diferentes Business Units Seguimiento mensual del desempeño comercial Participación en la elaboración de las estrategias comerciales (MTS) del país.
Análisis de la competencia y mercado.
Experiencia Requerida: Estudios superiores Experiencia comprobada (5 años, mínimo) en puesto similar, liderando implementaciones de Commercial Excellence (Sales force effectiveness y Business Intelligence) Experiencia previa en liderazgo de equipos muy valorable Experiencia en proyectos IA muy valorable Inglés fluido (hablado, escrito).
Conocimiento de Salesforce, así como conocimientos de otras herramientas de Business Intelligence (IQVIA, Power BI, etc..) Skills: Espíritu emprendedor/ capacidad de influencia/ curiosidad natural Rigurosidad con los plazos y la calidad de los datos Transversalidad y trabajo en equipo.
