**Our client**:

**Requirements**:

- Computer Engineering.
- High level of English.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, React and Node and Symfony and ability to develop them following the principles of security, scalability, monitoring, etc.
- Knowledge of unit, integration and automation testing and secure coding practices.
- Experience working with CI/CD processes, infrastructure management, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Cloud technologies.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- The ability to write performant db. solutions and knowledge of caching and indexing strategies.
- Ability to break down and plan work effectively and identify dependencies between deliverables upfront.

**Experience with**:

- establishing strong relationships with clients by actively listening, clarifying needs, guiding workshops and ensuring alignment.
- Work effectively with others, resolve conflicts and support teammates.
- Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Participating in and prepare/lead internal and customer seminars.
- Taking overall responsibility for the product, monitor progress, set priorities and ensure that the team remains aligned with common goals.
- To inspire, motivate and coach the team to foster a positive and productive team culture.
- Make informed decisions that consider both technical and business requirements in a timely manner.
- Support individual growth of team members through coaching, feedback and continuous learning opportunities.
- Understanding of the specific requirements and characteristics of the industry and its projects for which the software is being developed (e.g. finance, healthcare, e-commerce).
- Openness and understanding of cultural differences within a team, especially in international or diverse teams.
