**The Role**:
You will learn how our world-class data operation works by first studying our organizational structure, key metrics, and standard operating procedures, then talking to various process owners around the business. After familiarizing yourself with our existing dashboards, you will quickly take on the responsibility of maintaining and extending them. By owning the dashboards and creating one-time reports that inform all levels of management, you will help us to increase visibility on the cost of people hours, and processes as well as efficiency gains. You will develop a balanced set of key performance indicators that are used consistently across our many different data streams and products.
**What You’ll Do**
- Create dashboards with standardized KPIs across operations teams
- Automate weekly reporting
- Create and deliver actionable insights to operations teams
- Conducts Business reviews with managers and directors based on data analysis providing recommendations to drive operational efficiency
- Discovering trends and gaps in business data to better support the business
**Requirements**:
- University degree in business or finance
- 3+ years of experience, including internships, analyzing operations processes, and reporting to management
- Worked with autonomy on projects involving multiple stakeholders from different teams
- Knowledge of SQL, KNIME, and dashboard software (e.g., Tableau or Google Data Studio)
- Comfortable working with data and making data-driven decisions
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels within the organization
- Organized and able to manage multiple timelines, projects, and schedules
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
**Nice to Have**
- Spreadsheet scripting (e.g., Google Apps Script or Microsoft VBA)
- Exposure to SQL query writing and scripting (Python)
- Comfortable working in an agile environment
