Scope & Responsibilities We are seeking a highly dynamic and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Operations team. This role will play a crucial role in building a data-centered culture, improving operations and processes, and enhancing system effectiveness through technological tools.
Develop, evaluate and improve post-sales processes (e.g. onboarding, customer support, warehouse operations) ensuring a smooth client onboarding and support. Document and train teams on procedures Be able to analyze, deepdive, find solutions and ensure actions are taken to solve any potential issue (delivery times, support SLAs, etc) Create and implement tools to streamline processes and daily operations, identifying opportunities for automation (e.g. planning & forecasting, centralized phone support) Lead operational projects, such as building an installation/maintenance network and processes What you bring Top engineering school required Basic programming skills such as SQL and python. Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details. Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big Good communication and project management skills.
