We are committed to enabling the digitization of payments, enhancing sales point management, and delivering a unique user experience.Scope & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly dynamic and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Operations team. This role will play a crucial role in building a data-centered culture, improving operations and processes, and enhancing system effectiveness through technological tools.Develop, evaluate and improve post-sales processes (e.g. onboarding, customer support, warehouse operations) ensuring a smooth client onboarding and support.Document and train teams on proceduresBe able to analyze, deepdive, find solutions and ensure actions are taken to solve any potential issue (delivery times, support SLAs, etc)Create and implement tools to streamline processes and daily operations, identifying opportunities for automation (e.g. planning & forecasting, centralized phone support)Lead operational projects, such as building an installation/maintenance network and processes.What you bringTop engineering school required
