How to contribute to our vision:
Providing engineering support to factories and teams in different countries by performing the following activities:

- Technical lead for industrialization projects within the organization, both in Wind and Solar areas.
- Focal point for Built to Print projects to enable licensed manufacturing of our products with external partners worldwide.
- Management and coordination of activities between our regional teams (China, India, Brazil, USA, Denmark ) and engineering design teams.
- Collaboration in supply chain improvement through validation of alternative components.
- Suggest engineering solutions to address supply and manufacturing issues to design team.
- Collaboration with international teams and working in different company cultures which requires international and cross-cultural understanding.

What you need to make a difference:

- Degree in Engineering
- Experience 2 years in Industrial Manufacturing
- International environment background
- Project Management experience
- Communication skills
- English B2
