**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related careers.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel - important).
- Advanced English.
- High analytical skills.
- High level of service, proactive, assertive, easy to interact with different positions.
- Knowledge of Compensation and/or experience in other functions related to the People area (HR).
- Full time (8h)

**Desireable**
- At least 4 years in the compensation and benefits area.
- Knowledge of multi-country, regional or multi-country compensation.
- Knowledge of compensation methodology.
