**Role Purpose**
Under the direction of the Head of Behavioral Science & Data Science, this position will be responsible for delivering behavioral insights, establishing and scaling the behavioral perspective to data solutions, and embed behavioral science-based experimentation across a series of Ethics, Risk and Compliance topics to ultimately empower leaders and associates to do what’s right for patients, society, and Sandoz.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Be a global ambassador and research lead for our Behavioral Science capability development, including building experimentation processes, developing programs, tools, and trainings, and embed the capabilities into core business processes within ERC and beyond
- Create the behavioral science strategy for Sandoz, connect stakeholders to our vision for a behaviorally informed organization
- Identify and execute innovative ideas to accelerate behavioral insights within the organization
- Support the Head of Behavioral Science & Data Science and team to embed behavioral science, statistical and experimental methods into how Sandoz drives ethics, manages risks, and ensures compliance to policies
- Provide well-researched, evidence-based insights from behavioral science and data science to inform our core business processes
- Connect behavioral science-based research to insights and data visualizations for top management and associates such as information design for dashboards, key performance indicators definition and optimization
- Lead behavioral science projects working with Ethics, Risk & Compliance, business units, and support functional teams to diagnose complex problems and develop compelling, data-driven recommendations based on a scientifically sound methodology
- Collaborate to build databases containing behavioral data, dashboards, and tools on a diverse set of topics with a focus on promoting automation and scaling, and providing easily understood reports
- Work with cross-divisional partners, including technology, operations and business personnel through all aspects of strategic builds of critical ERC analytics program elements as an input to strategic decisions
- Support hypothesis creation and provide analyses of behavioral data collected to address key questions using qualitative and quantitative research methods

**Minimum requirements**
- Research experience in behavioral science, experimental economics, decision sciences, data science, or similar
- 4+ years in a large organization having contributed to behavioral science or data science leadership OR 3+ year of behavioral science consulting and project leadership within consulting roles
- Experience with experimentation, advanced statistical analyses, and insights presentations to senior leadership
- Experience with behavioral science interventions, development of experiments, scaling of interventions
- Intercultural work experience, fluency in English
