Role Purpose
Under the direction of the Head of Behavioral Science & Data Science, this position will be responsible for delivering behavioral insights, building and scaling the behavioral data science perspective to data solutions, and ensure best use of data processes for our data analytics across a series of Ethics, Risk and Compliance topics to ultimately empower leaders and associates to do what’s right for patients, society, and Sandoz.
Your Key Responsibilities
- As Product Owner for Data Visualizations, enable our stakeholders to see beyond the data and measure the impact of human behavior with advanced data visualizations
- Manage data projects such as dashboard creation, ensure on-time delivery, and high-quality products in an international environment
- Establish a deep understanding of the multi-year data products strategy, create and maintain a highly specific product roadmap, and lead the execution
- Define data processes and act as the data owner to drive data engineering delivery
- Create the behavioral data science strategy for Sandoz, connect stakeholders to our vision for a behaviorally informed organization
- Identify and execute innovative ideas to accelerate behavioral insights within the organization
- Support the Head of Behavioral Science & Data Science and team to embed behavioral data science, statistical and experimental methods into how Sandoz drives ethics, manages risks, and ensures compliance to policies
- Experience in querying and transforming data from various data sources
- Programing and analyzing in R or Python, experience with code review methods, and documentation processes, data visualization tool such as Qlik Sense, PowerBI, or Tableau
- Establish data visualization innovation in collaboration with behavioral scientists, user experience designers, and front-end developers
- Run ERC analytics: Establish metrics, build dashboards, track trends, and provide insights into the performance of compliance operations and high-risk areas
- Collaborate to build databases containing behavioral data, dashboards, and tools on a diverse set of topics with a focus on promoting automation and scaling, and providing easily comprehended reports

Minimum Requirements
- A Master’s degree suitable for behavioral data science such as statistics, decision science, psychology, economics, behavioral sciences, or similar
- 2+ years in a large organization OR 1+ year of data science in pharma
- Experience with building data visualizations, dashboards, and establishing data engineering processes - tool experience (e.g. Qlik Sense or PowerBI or similar), project management experience, stakeholder management experience
- Experience with experimentation, advanced statistical methods for qualitative and quantitative data and insights presentations to senior leadership
- Intercultural work experience, fluency in English
