Moreover, this is your chance to be part of the success story: we are looking for a **Senior Data Visualization Technical Lead **to join our AIA Team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Data Visualization expert, you will be in charge of new strategies and solution definitions for Data visualization, including all traditional tools (such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik) to more advanced visualization solutions including AI, Real-Time, NLP or graphs. To enhance the user experience and data storytelling. Helping customers to define new ways of exploring data, helping in the cultural change management of a data-driven company. Being able to be updated on new market trends and also being able to define ad-hoc solutions to fulfil systems.
Your main goals:
- Define and design storytelling solutions in visualization
- Strong knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or Qlik.
- Being able to define Best practices in data systems.
- Helping customers propose new solutions with the latest advanced analytics capabilities.
- Knowledge of SQL.
You will become an active member of the AIA team that works closely with other disciplines/roles and that shares experience in Digital Transformation projects in a dynamic environment with multiple roles, using last technologies according to development/test standards and corporate architecture policies.
**Essential skills**:
- 4+ yr experience in Data Visualization projects
- Able to properly understand business requirements and develop data models according to business rules.
- Excellent analytical thinking and capabilities to translate data into insights and reports.
- Experience in Adapting end-to-end development of DataViz Projects: designing, developing, validating, de-bugging, implementing, testing and documenting.
- Experience deploying departmental/corporative data visualization tool
- Admin experience
- Data visualization best practices and storytelling
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving performance issues
- English B2, C1, C2, Biligual
**Nice to have skills**:
- Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Experience on AI projects/initivatives
- Any DataViz certification.
