**What are we looking for?**

About you

The Behavioral Economics Manager should have:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience working in demanding and high pace environments (consulting or Financial Services industry is a plus)
- Proven experience in pricing strategy, preferably with a focus on behavioral economics.
- Proven track record of project management.
- Experience working on multi-country projects is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Solid understanding of quantitative research methodologies (MaxDiff, Conjoint, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to translate insights into actionable pricing strategies.
- Experience in designing and conducting A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate pricing performance.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt pricing strategies to evolving market conditions.
- Transformational mindset and the ability to inspire a culture of innovation.English C1

**Overview**

About the role

As a Behavioral Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing pricing strategies based on consumer behavior analysis.

Behavioral pricing involves understanding how customers make purchasing decisions, incorporating psychological and behavioral insights into pricing models. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and optimize pricing structures that align with customer behavior, market trends, and business goals. By utilizing data analytics, market research, and behavioral economics, you will contribute to enhancing the company's revenue streams while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include designing and testing pricing experiments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying abreast of industry developments to refine pricing strategies.

Key Responsabilies:

- Behavioral Analysis: Utilize behavioral economics principles to analyze customer decision-making processes and identify pricing opportunities.
- Pricing Strategy methodologies: Develop, implement, standardize and refine pricing strategies based on consumer behavior insights, competitive landscapes, and market trends.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to assess pricing performance, conduct A/B testing, and make informed recommendations for optimizing pricing structures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, advanced analytics and product teams to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives and ensure consistency across functions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry benchmarks, and competitive pricing dynamics.
- Communication: Effectively communicate pricing strategies and recommendations to internal stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of the rationale behind pricing decisions.
- Globality: Identify internal and external best practices and support adaptation and implementation in other geographies and environments. As well as systematize ways of working that focus on the excellence and efficiency of the teams in the different geographies.
