**The role**

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for our Salesforce sales division bringing your own pool of clients, identifying new opportunities, prospect and generating new leads, and developing and driving the company's sales strategy.
All while positioning Nuvolar as a key player in the Cloud industry. We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven and business-oriented person, with a clear entrepreneur mindset who is willing and capable to lead our Salesforce sales division to a whole new level.

**Expected Functions / Key Results**:

- Understand Nuvolar's mission, vision and culture.
- Develop Nuvolar's Salesforce strategic plan hand in hand with our CEO & COO.
- Identify new business opportunities and generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
- Managing portfolio of accounts to achieve long term success.
- Management of customer expectations and contract compliance, addendums and amendments.
- Prospecting and generating leads and building long term relationships.Implement new methodologies and reach new levels of success.
- Represent Nuvolar at industry events (travel might be required).
- Drive marketing campaigns and monitor sales metrics

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years in IT Software sales experience.
- 6+ years of experience pre-sales/consulting with the Salesforce platform.
- Deep knowledge of the IT industry, SaaS and Cloud solutions.
- Ability to negotiate commercial contracts and maintain competitive pricing.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Have worked at a strategic level in account or relationship management with enterprise customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Or Multi-tasking, organised and detail oriented who can work in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent level of English and Spanish. Catalan is a plus.

Apart from these, it would be a plus if you have:

- Strong technical background (education and/or experience).
- Salesforce Certifications.
- Master (MBA or similar).

**Our recruitment process**

**1st step: Phone call with our Talent Acquisition team**

During this first phone call, we want to meet you and understand your expectations in terms of your career plan, what motivates you, and give you an overview of the role and Nuvolar's work environment.

**2nd step: Cultural fit interview**

After passing the technical test, it's time for a face-to-face meeting (online) so we can meet each other and lay out everything we can offer you and what you can bring to our Nuvofamily so that we can succeed together If we're on the same page, we move straight to the last step. :)

**3rd step: Interview with the team**

A discussion to better understand your skills and an introduction to the other team members to give you a better idea of Nuvolar's team culture so you can meet some potential future colleagues. ;)
