Position: German Customer Support Representative

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Work model: Hybrid

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Resolve complicated technical issues for all of our client's products
- Provide set-up support and guidance for all connected products as well as address troubleshooting cases and produce reports
- Carefully follow our company's processes and guidelines across all of product selections when engaging with all client queries
- Strictly comply with local governing regulations when securing transaction with a focus of providing utmost quality at all times
- Explore and create new cross-selling and upselling opportunities without neglecting the core values of our business
- Provide assistance for all new sales opportunities as well as produce useful insight and feedback to optimise the Customer Journey and Experience of all our clients.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous experience in customer support ideally within a contact centre environment (BPO)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise your assigned volume of work
- Be a genuine team player who can provide full support to team members in developing themselves
- Help drive the business forward by expanding your knowledge, experience and skills set
