**Job Purpose**:
As a Sales Manager Catalonia and Application Engineer at EnerSys, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and ensuring customer satisfaction in the Catalonia region. This position combines technical expertise with sales and management skills to drive business growth.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Catalonia region.
Identify and target potential customers, build relationships, and maintain existing client accounts.
Understand and communicate the technical aspects of our products to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials and campaigns.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.
Actively collaborate in the transmission of knowledge to the commercial network as well as qualified technical support for Enersys Spain in our PREMIUM products.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably with a specialization in electrical or electronic engineering.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong leadership, management, and teamwork skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Willingness to travel within the region of Catalonia (mainly) and the Iberian Peninsula.
