**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings, delegate tasks, and ensure staff adherence to standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among the restaurant staff.
- **Guest Service**:

- Ensure exceptional customer service by setting high standards for the waitstaff.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism.
- Proactively engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.
- **Order Management**:

- Oversee the efficient flow of orders from placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Monitor table turnover and optimize seating arrangements.
- **Training and Development**:

- Train new staff members on service standards, menu knowledge, and restaurant procedures.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance staff performance.
- Identify training needs and organize relevant sessions for continuous improvement.
- **Shift Coordination**:

- Manage and coordinate restaurant shifts, ensuring proper staffing levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth operations.
- Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the shift.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Monitor food presentation and quality to meet restaurant standards.
- Address any issues related to service, cleanliness, or food quality promptly.

**Salary**: 1,200.00€ - 1,250.00€ per month
