Would you like to develop your qualities, broaden your experience, learn languages, and get to know the world thanks to your profession?If you have been trained in Hospitality and Catering, love gastronomy, enjoy dealing with people, and want to grow in this sector, this is your projectPosition: Head WaiterWe are currently selecting a Head Waiter with previous experience of 1 year in a la carte restaurant service and with flexible hours, fluent in English, and a vocation for gastronomy.Responsibilities:Plan and organize the ranges taking into account the restaurant's needs.Develop, control, and manage the set of tables in the restaurant.Advise customers on the menu and beverages.Ensure the highest level of quality.Lead the team together with the restaurant manager.Assign tables to diners.What do we offer?Joining a solid group with national and international presence, which will allow you to have access to projects outside your city.Constant training in gastronomy and catering.Possibilities to grow in any of the group's restaurants.Enjoy a good working environment, professional and within a consolidated group.To have a discount card in all the restaurants of the group.2 meals included in working hours.Who are we looking for?Hard-working, enthusiastic, and adventurous people who are passionate about what they do, who know the latest cooking techniques.Creative, proactive, and able to solve unforeseen kitchen problems.Self-sufficient and responsible, and above all, friendly and approachable.Essential person with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.High capacity for teamwork and involvement, with a vocational profile in the room.Essential time availability for split shift.Essential training in Hospitality and Catering.Minimum English level B2 for any destination.
