**What You’ll Do**:

- Be the go-to person for our existing B2B customers, providing top-notch support by addressing incoming leads and requests.
- Manage, organize, and prioritize customer communications across various channels, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor in their journey.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that deliver value for both our clients and our business, contributing to our shared success.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Logistics, Customer Support, IT, Development) to ensure timely and smooth product delivery that aligns with customers’ expectations.
- Prepare and present insightful sales reports that help drive strategic decisions.
