The Accounts Payable Global Process Team is the point of contact for all the technical AP topics in the company. Through close cooperation with Accounts Payable and Automation Team of the Service Center, the GPE analyzes and measures the AP processes in place and seeks their viability and the implementation of improvements and optimization. We are now looking for a new joiner with experience in Accounts Payable, Process Design and in international teams.
**Tasks**:
- International responsibility for all processes within Accounts Payable, incl. travel expenses and payment run.
- Leading the centralization of the accounting processes from the different countries to our Shared Service Centers in Barcelona & Germany.
- Prepare and moderate workshops with international colleagues to gain thorough understanding of “as is” processes
- Document and review learnings from workshops in order to identify improvement areas and gaps to the standard processes
- Coordinate initiatives to improve and standardize processes across the countries in close cooperation with our IT colleagues
- Supporting and guiding our Shared Service Centers during the onboarding of new tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in a Shared Service Center
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar
- Fluent written and spoken English skills. German will be valued
- Knowledge of process modelling tools is a plus
- Experience in handling projects
- Strong communicator and team player with a high level of empathy
- High analytical and also pragmatic way of working.
