We are looking for a self-motivated and dedicated **Account Executive.** You will be part of a smart, innovative and experienced team with a broad range of skills and a really sociable and positive attitude. We will consider applicants with, at least, 1-2 years experience in sales.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **New Business**:_
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the designated markets.
- Conduct research to understand client needs, challenges, and pain points.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients.
- Collaborate with Sales Specialists to generate leads and convert them into opportunities.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:_
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by the company.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospects and clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close deals effectively.
- Continuously monitor sales pipelines, track progress, and provide accurate forecasts.
- **Product Knowledge**:_
- Get a deep understanding of our product, their features, and benefits.
- Transmit the value proposition of our offerings effectively to clients. Team
- **Collaboration**:_
- Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, strategies, and insights.
- Coordinate with support teams to address client issues or concerns effectively.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:_
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts using a CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on sales performance and client feedback.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Experience. You’ve been there before and can prove it

- A willingness to learn
- Healthy ambition to stand out and achieve goals
- Working and collaborating as a team
- Good communication skills
- Native level of German
- Fluent in English or Spanish
