**IMI CIB - Operations Officer**:

**Scope and Purpose**:

- Receipt and management of requests for the issuance of guarantees from the Branch's customers.
- Register into Sire information on clients with received direct debits as well as domiciled applicants.
- Sending instructions for the accounting and collection of fees related to guarantees.
- Booking and checking loan deals, and commercial trade transactions.
- Client related documentation filing.
- Management of the Branch's security needs in compliance with current regulations.
- Other tasks carried out in the Operations and Administration department.
- Business Continuity Management

**Required Experience**:
1 year in Operation Department of a bank or corporate or similar

**Competencies Required**:

- Bachelor / University degree
- Security Director qualification in accordance with Law 5/2014, of April 4, 2014, on Private Security
- Good knowledge in the use of Office desktop packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel
- Problem Solving, Ability to work in a team environment.
- Flexibility and learning ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiar with AS400
- Knowledge of 5/2014, of April 4, 2014, on Private Security
- Language: Italian, Spanish, English
- Familiar with the process of issuing and managing guarantees.
- Familiar with the process of issuing guarantees with Public Bodies.
- Familiar with the management of credit lines for guarantees.
