• Receipt and management of requests for the issuance of guarantees from the Branch's customers.
• Register information on clients with received direct debits as well as domiciled applicants.
• Control and claim fees via email (Accounting area task).
• Send instructions for the accounting and collection of fees related to guarantees.
• Book and check loan deals and commercial trade transactions.
• File client-related documentation.
• Manage the Branch's security needs in compliance with current regulations.
• Perform other tasks in the Operations and Administration department.
• Engage in Business Continuity Management.

1 year in the Operations Department of a bank, corporate, or similar.

• Bachelor's/University degree.
• Security Director qualification in accordance with Law 5/2014, of April 4, 2014, on Private Security.
• Good knowledge of Office desktop packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Flexibility and learning ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Familiar with AS400.
• Knowledge of Law 5/2014, of April 4, 2014, on Private Security.
• Familiar with the process of issuing and managing guarantees.
• Familiar with the process of issuing guarantees with Public Bodies.
• Familiar with the management of credit lines for guarantees.
