About the BRIDGE program
You will be a part of the PMI’s team during your 6+6 months long, full-time hybrid internship. During the program you will perceive a monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary) plus a montly work-from-home compensation. You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master or Specific posgraduate degree, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.
Who we’re looking for
- University Degree in Labour Relations or Law. Master’s in human resources is a plus.
- It would be desirable to have previous experience in a Human Resources Department.
- Fluent English (C1) and Spanish (C2).
- Availability to do the full-time internship
- Valid EU work permit.
- Well developed communication skills and the resilience to cope with challenges.
- Dynamism and results-orientation.
- Sense of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Learning agility, perspective, good team player, work under pressure, entrepreneurship and creative problem-solving solutions are some of your strengths.
**Responsibilities**:
Philip Morris Spain is seeking talented people to join our Human Resources Department. To further strengthen our department based in Madrid, we are looking for a Labour Relations & HR Administration Intern where you will provide support in many different initiatives such as attending our managers - employees' requests, day to day labor relations matters and participation on department processes as absenteeism control, invoicing, document creation & management.
As a HR Intern you will: support in different areas related to our HR Services department mainly: Employee Benefits, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Social Security & Taxes, International Assignment, Temps Agencies, Practices & Guidelines, etc.
