**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide support and assistance to teachers and students.
- Ensure the proper start-up of classes and their overall order.
- Provide technical support and assistance to faculty.
- Control and manage the daily planning and occupancy of classrooms.
- Manage and collaborate on all projects and actions of the Academic Department: surveys, official data, information sessions, etc.
- Collect data to transmit to official institutions.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Education: High School Diploma and Higher Degree in Administration and Finance.
- Experience in management and customer service tasks.
- Skills: organizational capacity, ease of communication and oral and written expression, customer orientation, problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Catalan level C2.
- Spanish level C2.
- English level C1.
