**Eurovision Services is looking for an IT Support Service and Corporate Manager to join the Global Operations & Engineering team at our technology hub in Madrid, Spain.**

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION**

In this role as IT Support Service and Corporate Manager, you will:

- Manage information technology and computer systems ensuring they are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and Infrastructure operations.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT staff and provide guidance, support, and ongoing professional development.
- Conduct routine evaluations of network and data security, identifying and addressing any vulnerabilities or risks.
- Identify opportunities to improve and optimize IT systems, processes, and infrastructure.
- Lead and coordinate large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new systems and services.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors or service providers to ensure the smooth delivery of IT services.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security, integrity, and availability of data and systems.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in technology and recommend strategies for improving IT infrastructure and systems.
- Assist in budget planning and management for IT-related expenses.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Provide training and support to end users, enabling them to effectively utilize IT systems and tools.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience managing and overseeing all IT Support Services within an organization.
- Experience managing the service desk function, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues and incidents.
- Experience managing and maintaining networking infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN.
- Experience developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data.
- Proficient in server administration, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Team-player, able to work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technological solutions that meet business needs.
- Interest in the latest trends and advancements in technology, and ability to recommend strategies for improving IT infrastructure and systems.
- Leadership skills to be able to mentor and guide a team of IT professionals.
- Good communication skills to liaise between internal stakeholders and external vendors or service providers.

Additional experience in the following areas would be a bonus:

- Working with geographically distributed and international teams (our headquarters are located in Switzerland).
- French language knowledge.

**EDUCATION**

University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or similar degree (Master or Bachelor).
