We seek someone with knowledge, enthusiasm, and a dedication to bring their skills to the table and help drive our IT services forward.
What you will do:
- You will be managing and coordinating the delivery of IT services in scope
- You are communicating with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and to ensure that IT services meet their requirements
- You are ensuring that IT services meet the agreed service levels and SLAs
- You are managing and maintaining the IT service catalogue
- You are managing and coordinating incident, problem, and change management processes
- You are managing and maintaining IT service documentation
- You will act as the product owner for SKUP (SAP Key user Pro)
What you bring & who you are:
- You bring 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management.
- You are experienced in implementing ITSM processes
- You are certified in ITIL
- You are familiar and savvy in working with ServiceNow or other ITSM Tools
- You are familiar with methodologies and frameworks like Scaled Agile or DevOps
- You have experience in IT project management as well as experience in Process Automation or Workflow topics
- You have strong problemsolving skills to be able to identify and resolve issues that arise in the delivery of IT services
- You bring along a continuous improvement mindset to be able to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to improve the delivery of IT services
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus
