**¿Quiénes somos?**

Ashurst es un **despacho internacional **de abogados líder en el asesoramiento a empresas, entidades financieras y organismos públicos en todos los asuntos relacionados con el derecho de los negocios. **La oficina de Madrid**

La oficina de Madrid está ubicada en la Calle Alcalá nº 44 y abrió en enero de 2001. Actualmente cuenta con más de 60 abogados, de los cuales 15 son socios.

**¿Qué buscamos?**

Buscamos incorporar un nuevo miembro a nuestro equipo de soporte secretarial en la oficina de Madrid.

El puesto de _Team Assistant_ da soporte principalmente a los abogados, a las _Practice Executive_ y a otros departamentos en temas de soporte secretarial y tareas administrativas.

Se trata de un contrato temporal, de duración aproximada de 6 meses.

**Responsabilidades y funciones del puesto**:

- Soporte al equipo (legal/no legal) en tareas propias de secretariado y apoyo con gestiones administrativas
- Soporte a las _Practice Executives_
- Coordinación con HUB, Recepción y Departamento Financiero
- Gestión de viajes de los abogados y otros departamentos de soporte
- Fotocopias, escaneos, impresiones
- Preparación de carpetas de documentación de asuntos tanto en formato digital como en papel
- Solicitud documentación Registros oficiales (mercantil, propiedad, etc.)
- Inscripción cursos formación abogados y otros departamentos de Soporte
- Contestar a cartas de auditores
- Colaboración en preparación de reuniones tanto internas como externas
- Colaboración con listados de asistentes y acreditaciones en reuniones o eventos comerciales
- Ayuda con la herramienta de gestión de tiempos y asuntos: revisión, edición, transferencia a otros asuntos, etc.
- Envío facturas a clientes
- Gestión de números de pedido internos (programa interno de facturación)
- Elaborar el Resumen de Prensa

**Requisitos**:

- Bilingüe en inglés o con un nível muy alto, tanto hablado como escrito
- Preferiblemente experiência de al menos 1 año en un puesto similar, aunque no necesariamente en el ámbito legal
- Conocimientos avanzados en informática (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point )
