QUALIFICATIONS:

- Possession of a valid California Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office software.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in design and related work involving residential, commercial, industrial, or public infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of site development design principles.
- Ability to perform design tasks for roadways, utilities, and overall infrastructure.
- Experience in grading and drainage design.
- Knowledge of hydrology and hydraulic calculations.
- Familiarity with stormwater quality system design and analysis.
- Competence in preparing plans, specifications, quantities, and cost estimates.
- Proficient in report preparation.
- Skilled in coordinating projects with relevant agencies.
- Capable of providing bidding and/or construction support to clients or agencies.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Proficient in site development design.
