**Misión del puesto**:
Contribuir a maximizar el RevPar de los hoteles de la zona bajo su responsabilidad, ofreciendo apoyo y asesoría, maximizando las ventas de canales propios y ofreciendo experiência en el uso de sistemas y estrategias MHI. Bajo la supervisión del Area Revenue Manager, será el primer punto de contacto de estos hoteles con respecto a la estrategia y el desempeño, y ayudará a obtener el 100% de los canales y sistemas de distribución de MHI.

**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en una posición similar (Corporativo y/o Hoteles)
- Título universitario en hostelería, gestión empresarial o un campo relevante
- Demostrar una gran capacidad analítica y numérica.
- Capacidad para inspirar y liderar un equipo con el ejemplo.
- Conocimientos y experiência en Pricing, Forecasting, Benchmarking
- Perfil analítico, persuasivo y con capacidad de comunicar
- Se valorará experiência gestionando equipos
- Compromiso de residencia en Madrid.
