Desde Remote and Talent, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Analyst Revenue Management para unirte al equipo en Minty Host. Con el objetivo de potenciar el equipo y dar apoyo a la Dirección de la empresa que tenga los conocimientos y las competencias clave para desarrollar la estrategia de comercialización de la empresa a través de distintos canales turísticos y corporativos en corta y media estancia. Asimismo, asumirá la responsabilidad de desarrollar la venta directa bajo la marca Minty Stay.
**Sobre la empresa**
Minty Host es una empresa que surgió hace 8 años con el fin de convertirse en referente en el mercado de la gestión del alquiler turístico y corporativo en España. Actualmente estamos presentes en 3 ciudades con una cartera de más de 430 propiedades. Somos una empresa en constante construcción y renovación por lo que nos gusta que el equipo se sienta con autonomía para proponer y crear y con ganas de crecer y aceptar todos los retos diarios que se nos presentan.
**Funciones y Responsabilidades**
- Elaboración, seguimiento y ejecución de un Plan de Ventas Individualizado para las distintas ciudades (Madrid, Sevilla y Málaga).
- Revisión diaria del pick up y evolución de venta.
- Gestionar con el equipo la revisión de disponibilidad y tarifas, toma de decisiones y actualizaciones mediante RMS (Beyond Pricing) y Channel Manager (Rentals United).
- Análisis de la Reputación Online de los diferentes activos en gestión.
- Análisis de la competencia, seguimiento y análisis informes STR
- Coordinar los mapeos/ integraciones necesarias entre PMS (Myplazze), Channel Manager y RMS, y solucionar posibles fallos de conexión entre sistema
- Control de disparidades tarifarías
- Apoyo al Departamento de Desarrollo de Negocio para la elaboración de proyecciones en potenciales clientes que así lo requieran
**Requisitos**
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en Revenue Management (preferiblemente en el sector de Apartamentos Turísticos).
- Dominio de herramientas de Revenue y Business Intelligence.
- Formación en Turismo, Marketing, ADE u áreas afines.
- Fluidez en Español e Inglés.
- Conocimientos técnicos en distribución y comercialización de apartamentos turísticos, desarrollo de negocio en Business Travel & MICE, programas de fidelización y marketing digital.
