GMG Santé con más de 20 años de experiência en el sector de farmacia y líder en visitas medicas a distancia. Buscamos incoporar a un/a Customer Care French en España.

**Funciones**:

- Retención a los clientes de las diferentes farmacias de Francia.
- Soporte y gestión de las incidencias de los clientes.
- Realización del primer diganóstico según solicitudes.
- Notificación de las incidencias observadas al departamento que corresponda (transportistas, proveedores,...).
- Participación en la mejora de las relaciones con los clientes, con acciones correctivas (mejora o implementación de nuevos procesos).
- Registro de pedidos y seguimiento del procesamiento de los pedidos.
- Monitorear el estado de facturación del cliente.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência en costumer care o como teleoperador realizando ventas / emisión de llamadas.
**- Imprescindible hablar Francés.**
- Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata.

**Se ofrece**:

- Posición estable.
- Horario de lunes a jueves de 9h30 a 12h30 y de 13h30 a 18h30 y los viernes de 9h30 a 12h30 y de 13h30 a 17h30.

Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa

Sueldo: 15.000,00€-21.000,00€ al año

Horario:

- De lunes a viernes

Idioma:
