Talent Acquisition and Development Manager

Equifax is looking for a Senior HR professional who has a comprehensive understanding of and expertise in how the talent management makes a line of business within the company successful, anticipating and planning talent needs and trends in partnership with the HR Business Partners. Leads talent acquisition and organisational development, and recommends, develops and evaluates HR programs based on business strategies, working very closely with HR Director, HR Business Partners and Senior Specialist in Corporate at global level.
**What you’ll do**:
As **Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) **, these are the key responsabilities:
- TAP is responsible for full life cycle recruitment on business critical roles and will collaborate with and advise Hiring Managers to identify and acquire strong talent for our business.
- Independently and simultaneously manage a high volume of professional or management level roles across multiple functions.
- Talent acquisition advisor to hiring managers
- Manage external vendors including contingency and retained search firms
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and recruiting peers to share talent, market intelligence, and best practice recruiting methodology.
- Comply with all Talent Acquisition and broader Equifax policies, procedures and risk requirements
As **Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) Partner **, these are the key responsabilities:
- Drive change through the execution of Global Talent Management Strategy by leading multiple programs which may include Speaker Series, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Alignment initiatives and/or Executive Assessments.
- Build partnerships with HR Business Partners and function leaders across the enterprise to ensure successful execution of talent management programs.
- Assess and analyse ROI on programs to determine necessary updates, enhancements or necessary changes.
- Deploy talent programs through the HR Business Partners.
- Lead enterprise initiatives related to change management, organisational development/design, management and leadership development.
- Serve as internal consultant to the business and to HR in the strategy development, design and execution of large scale initiatives.
- Build relationships with key business and HR leaders to uncover organisational needs, address root cause issues and design solutions to address business needs.
**What experience you need**:
- At least 5-7 years of experience as Talent Management Consultant, with deep knowledge in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development, Learning, Organisational Development, etcwith comprehensive knowledge of the different Human Resources processes and a desire to grow in a general vision of the function.
- Good knowledge of Talent Acquisition in Spain, with high orientation to technological, analytics and data management roles.
- Language: Spanish mother tongue, English high level (C1) and Portuguese desirable.
- Studies: Psychology Degree + Human Resources Master Degree
- Good-command in Microsoft Office package, specially in Excel, and Google Suite.
