**What you’ll do**:

- As **Inside Sales Representative**, you will:

- Assist customers and Sales Representatives via phone and written correspondence regarding special pricing and inquiries about electronic devices;
- Log all quotations, design registration requests, and follow-up updates in the system for assigned countries/customers;
- Follow up on opportunities with partners to generate new business;
- Support Regional Sales Managers in booking new business and securing ongoing business opportunities;
- Respond to distributors/customers with special offers for new or ongoing business opportunities;
- Track offers issued to customers and update information in SAP;
- Maintain daily contact with the Regional Sales Manager for support in assigned territories/customers;
- Provide customers with certificates and other relevant information about electronics, along with any other requested tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- College degree or above;
- 3-5 years in international company.

**Skills**:

- SAP;
- Microsoft Excel techniques;
- Sales reporting and analysis.
