We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

You will be joining the
**Global Googler Performance account management team** as one of the first hires and will play a pivotal role in building this business unit. This new role is likely to develop significantly, so you'll have the opportunity to make an impact and shape the role scope through working with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with top-tier, global advertisers. Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team.
- Serve as external product consultant educating clients and their agencies on product solutions and best practices of Google Marketing Platform (DV360, SA360, CM360, GA360).
- Provide excellent client service consulting with campaign planning, optimization, analysis, creative review and campaign management.
- Analyze campaign performance data, creatives, and products to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time identify new opportunities and strategies to grow customers’ business (e.g. entering new markets, and launching new products or product updates).
- Understanding the key customer needs and requirements.
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensuring the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Onboarding new clients & upselling the existing ones

**Who you are**:

- Media agency background or experience in managing advertising campaigns on Google Marketing Platform (DV360, SA360, CM360, GA360).
- Experience in planning performance and branding campaigns meeting KPI and budget targets.
- Solid analytical skills and tools technical expertise (Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships and trust with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Fluency in English Business proficiency in any other European language is a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing.
- Experience working in fast-paced environment with ambiguity and autonomy.
- Have previous experience implementing complex media campaigns working with big brands or performance oriented start-ups.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Salesforce CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with media planning, budgeting, and execution of 7-figures media budgets in top-tier markets (US, CA, CEE, MENA, APAC, LATAM).
- Strong knowledge of Product Unit Economics, Customer Segmentation Analysis, and how key product metrics affect the revenue (Retention Rate, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV).
- Product marketing experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of modern attribution and tracking solutions such as Appsflyer, Adjust, Amplitude, Google Analytics Universal, GA4, and Tableau is a strong plus
- Past experience working at Google, Criteo, TradeDesk, Pubmatic, MediaMath
