**About This Role**
At Apeel Sciences, we look to nature to help the global food system improve quality, reduce waste, and ensure an abundant future for our planet. The IT team is responsible for maintaining and improving the business's digital workspace. We are seeking a passionate bilingual IT Service Desk Coordinator who will support and maintain the Digital Workspace by providing support to employees. You will also participate in IT Trainings for English and Spanish speaking audiences. This is a temporary opportunity for approximately 6 months.
**What You'll Do**
- Provides technical support to global employee base
- Coordinates with Service Desk to resolve requests
- Creates and maintains documentation used to troubleshoot and solve incoming support requests
- Supports on smaller initiatives / work-related items with limited resource requirements, and/or complexity
- Receives regular and general instruction, guidance, and direction from others in the form of specific objectives
- Communicates basic and moderately-complex technical concepts
- Interacts with others to inform and provide suggestions for action
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions or to recommend alternative resolutions
- Works on problems of moderate scope that may require analysis of situations, data or problems
- Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
- Builds productive internal / external working relationships
- Maintaining EMEA IT Inventory equipment
**What You Bring**
- 2+ years of work experience in IT, or IT related role
- Knowledge of OKTA, Zoom, Google WorkSpace preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Must have prior experience managing a ticketing system
- Must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently in a professional environment
- Experience with Mac and Windows operating systems
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- A passion for teaching technology to others with the ability to communicate and interface with all levels of employees
- Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
- Basic networking knowledge
