Do note that all our jobs are **Barcelona based**. We work in a mostly remote capacity offering great flexibility to our employees, but we believe in the power of getting together regularly in our office. **The Challenge**
The Product Marketing Lead is responsible for carrying out all marketing activities, helping the sales and product teams to generate revenue by launching marketing tactics that focus on acquisition, retention and increase penetration and usage of Wallapop products.
This position must work to establish an effective relationship with the whole marketing team and with our business partners from the different business units (Seller, PRO, Motor, Bumpers ) and other internal teams (e.g. UX, Analytics, Research, Product).
You will help inform and educate private and professional sellers, partners, and opinion leaders about the benefits of Wallapop products, our company culture/values, and our approach to the B2B marketing opportunity.
**What You Will Do**
**Detect growth opportunities**:
- Develop a deep understanding of Wallapop's revenue streams and sellers' customer journeys.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, business, and sales teams to analyze performance across different channels and stages of the user funnel.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, working with analytics and research teams, to detect growth opportunities and address pain points effectively.
**Carry out strategic plans**:
- Develop strategic marketing plans informed by data insights and key business priorities to drive the marketing vision for Wallapop sellers, including individuals and professionals, and cover acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives and product vision.
- Engage with all marketing channels and departments to implement plans with clear, measurable outcomes.
**Deploy go-to-market strategies**:
- Participate in the development of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, collaborating closely with UX/Research and product teams to identify target audience pain points and needs.
- Create compelling value propositions, positioning, and messaging to drive effective go-to-market plans and initiatives.
**What We're Looking For**
- Experience in Product Marketing and Growth Marketing in a Tech company or in a top consultancy company.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Great abilities in designing and/or planning integrated marketing plans.
- Ability to clearly and consistently articulate vision, creativity, and enthusiasm to stakeholders.
- Proven capability of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good coordination skills.
- Experience in B2B marketing
