**_ Objectives_**

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic associate to support the marketing team across a variety of B2B activities targeted towards the insurance and pharmaceutical industries. You will work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with internal sales and product teams as well as external partners to support lead generation, product marketing, content and sales enablement. You will be responsible for day-to-day activities including content creation and adaptation, ad campaign execution, event coordination, social media management and brand maintenance.

**_ Tasks_**
- Own the delivery of marketing communications, materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate new leads through a variety of tactics including SEO, ads, content, events and industry partnerships.
- Support internal sales team and external network of partners by enabling the sales process through the creation of marketing toolkits and custom content.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Ensure all marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate our value proposition and key messaging.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor insights and best practices.

**Requirements**:
You are available for a full time, hybrid role based in Barcelona.

**_Your skills & experience_**
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role with a track record of executing multichannel B2B campaigns.
- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience with the healthcare, pharmaceutical or insurance sectors.
- Strong copywriting skills and proficient with design for slide decks, ad creative and marketing templates.
- Technical experience with SEO/SEM, self-serve ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.), CRM (HubSpot) and simple design platforms (Canva, Google Slides).
- Able to build relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Native or professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
