We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Officer to join our office in Madrid, Spain.
**Responsibilities**
- Management of the client portfolio both nationally and internationally.
- Organisation of a filing system for important and confidential company/clients documents.
- Management of office material stocks and placing orders.
- Managing all kinds of commercial or fiscal documentation (powers of attorney, deeds, tax forms) with different bodies, such as AEAT, banks, Commercial Registry.
- Ad hoc admin requests.
**Key skills, knowledge and experience**
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent knowledge of office and tax authority procedures and obligations,
- Excellent writing and speaking communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong organisational skills and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to deal with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- Works well in a small team as well as independently.
- Excellent multi-tasking ability.
- Enthusiastic and self-driven.
