En BBDO estamos buscando un/a administrativo/a (Billing officer) que sea apasionado del mundo de las Finanzas
**¿Cuál será tu día a día?**
- Emisión de ordenes de compra para los diferentes proveedores.
- Gestión integral de la facturación de los distintos clientes de las agencias.
- Gestión y seguimientos de diferentes proyectos administrativos.
- Apoyo y soporte diario en temas administrativo-financieros.
- Contacto directo y diario con los equipos de las agencias.
- Uso del ERP D365.

- Organizado y responsable.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
Actitud proactiva y deseos de aprender
**¿Qué requisitos necesitamos que tengas?**
- Grado en cualquiera de los estudios de las ciencias económicas, empresariales, grado superior en FP o similar.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en un puesto similar.
- Dominio nível alto de ofimática (Paquete Word, Excel, office )
- Habituado al uso de ERP para multinacional (Microsoft, SAP,..)
- Conocimientos de contabilidad
- Nível de inglés B2.
