Key responsibilities include:
- Support in annual C&B exercises including salary survey participation/analysis and annual compensation cycle.
- Fair Wage certification
- Success Factor tool administrator
- Flex compensation platform controller
- Handles any administrative tasks, ad-hoc duties and projects as requested.
Skills & abilities- University student who is passionate, committed, and keen to establish a career in HR Comp&Ben:
- Ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent Analytical and Numeracy Skills
