PagoNxT/Getnet Global Sales team is the engine that drives Multinational customer acquisition and engagement for our Acquiring, Gateway and PSP product across the globe. We cover full commercial value chain, from prospecting to acquisition and activation. We are 100% client oriented with international approach to large corporations, covering their needs in Europe and LATAM in a long-term relationship. We're looking for a **Senior Sales Relationship Manager** responsible for pitching and manage the relationship with large international US Merchants with presence in Europe and LATAM. Someone with an end-to-end approach to customers with a hunter profile. A competitive, high energy, motivated individual who enjoys challenges and is willing to be part of an exciting opportunity within one of the strongest global banks as part of the most interesting Fintech expansion.
**To achieve this goal, PagoNxt is organized in three different business**:
- Merchant Solutions, for merchants and acquirers.
- Trade Solutions, for corporates and SMEs.
- Consumer Solutions, digital products and services for individuals.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
As a **Senior Relationship Manager**, you will help us in different fronts:
- Help our senior relationship managers with their daily activity with clients and prospects; pitch.
- Review, client calls, stake holders engagement (product, legal, compliance), events and conference attendance.
- Interact with marketing to adapt our value prop to the different segments and client needs per cluster and region.
- Manage and help with all internal reporting and senior requirements from a governance and control point of view.
- Point of contact and responsible for the different distribution channels within the bank. Pipeline, calls, customer pregame, implementation and execution.
- Discovering growth opportunities within our footprint to help the team deliver on target.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- 8+ years of experience within a similar role
- English is a must and French/ German are also welcome.
- Experience in Acquiring/Payments or Cash Management understanding.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to motivate and drive performance.
- Experience working within a performance management culture with objectives and timelines.
- Demonstrable commercial experience in a international environment with multicultural stake holders.
- A keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales culture.
- Degree in finance or business related.
- We work with different countries and time zone in a very dynamic environment what implies flexibility to adapt to different schedules and timing.
