**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As an **Analyst **for Service Level, you will be part of a team serving Santander Global Technology’s internal tools and Entities around the world

We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:

- Generation of standard reports
- Master the technologies currently in use and described in the section "required qualifications" and a capacity to learn and adapt to new technologies, as they are adopted internally
- Knowledge of metrics to integrate specific needs of company areas based on service level measurement evolution.
- Knowledge (functional and algorithmic) of all KPIs related to Service Level within the company
- Support in the management of requirements to be requested to the Data Owner areas such as CDO and ITD Operations of the company
- Support in change management associated with new KPIs at both reporting and data dictionary level within the company

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Required qualifications
- Knowledge in tools such as QlikSense, SQL, PowerBI
- Solid knowledge of the SGT&O Organisation
- Presentation and oral skills and high office automation skills
- Knowledge of Agile desirable
- Negotiation skills desirable
- Task management in ServiceNow
- Teamwork capability
- Preferred qualifications
- Control and understanding of each of the KPIs defined for the Service Level metrics and SLAs.
- Elaboration of analysis and measurements configuring different KPIs, providing new indicators that add value to service management.
- Point of support for the information areas of SGT&O in terms of the functional concept of each of the KPIs as well as the algorithm applied to them.
- End2end monitoring of metrics and data traceability in the Service Level area
