**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Como CIO XVT, tu objetivo será gestionar los diferentes productos relacionados con los ajustes necesarios para valorar los instrumentos derivados que el Banco cotice y cierre (XVT - Cross Valuation Transformation), asegurando que el impacto de las operaciones en el PnL diario refleja los costes de crédito, liquidez, CCPs, ratingcumpliendo con los requerimientos regulatorios.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:
Liderar equipos funcionales así como Tecnicos (TTL)

Interactuar con los usuarios, traders, riesgos y quants

Reportar al equipo de SCIB

EXPERIENCIA

15 años en banca

Al menos 5 años coordinando equipos multidisciplinares

Experiência o Conocimientos en productos subyacentes y estructuras de distribución relacionadas con el Market Risk, Credit Risk, Herramientas de Valoración

EDUCACIÓN

Grado Universitario en matemática, economía o física

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS

Conocimiento de productos subyacentes cross assets, conocimientos de Riesgos, conocimientos de derivados

Negociación con Proveedores y gestión de equipos y proyectos

Buen comunicador

Ingles (C1)
