**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- As a CRM systems integrator, informing the Chapter Manager within the CRM CoEx, your mission will be to take requirements and configure and develop objects, components, connectors,... according to the architecture and specifications in our reference SaaS platforms: Salesforce and / or Dynamics

We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:

- You will be oriented towards a Vision of the client and their commercial and operational needs, with knowledge of the client's local reality and the regulatory and industry context.
- Regular meetings with Product Owners or Team Leader to determine CRM needs in Agile ceremonies
- Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce/Dynamics platforms.
- Creating timelines and development goals.
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
- Writing documents and providing technical training for project staff

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR (technical, functional skills, background, experience, etc)?**

**EXPERIENCE**

Required
- 2-3 years previous work experience with market solution integration
- Professional experience in CRM solutions (Salesforce, Dynamics, Pega Systems) like developer, architect, administrator or consultant
- Experience developing customer-facing interfaces
- Salesforce or Dynamics Certifications (Admin, developer, appbuilder,)

Recomended
- International experience
- Understanding and/or experience in Financial Service industry.
- Proven initiatives in Technical Communities, Start-ups, etc.

**EDUCATION**

Recommended
- Degree on Computer Science or Software Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Chemical, Statistical, etc.

**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**

Required
- Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Native and VisualForce
- Working knowledge of MavensMate, Visual Studio or Eclipse.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to project manage.
- Languages: English and Spanish (fluent written and oral)
