**Job Description**:
Denodo is seeking a Business Process Manager to undertake analysis of our internal processes from a systems and human perspective and constantly look for improvement. It may be through technology, efficiency or control needs. This position is an exciting opportunity to work across departments and systems by coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.

To ensure success as a business process manager, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of within Denodo’s industry, and good experience in a similar role.

Objectives of this Role
- Learn the Denodo specific business and objectives within the sector framework and seek out best practice
- Analyse the existing processes to see what can be improved
- Separate System/Human/Document centric processes
- Clarify business goals and objectives with stakeholders
- Ensure adequate testing infrastructures
- Look for hidden processes vulnerable to breakdown
- Enhance visibility and traceability of process steps
- Develop the business processes as it should ideally exist using standardization and automation
- Track improvements to see how they perform
- Continue to improve the business process on an ongoing basis
- Presenting progress reports and integrating feedback
- Revising and updating procedures and policies
- Processes including Lead to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Marketing Campaigns, Employee life-cycle, Professional Services etc

**Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside the stakeholders to accurately document goals and objectives
- Bring multiple team members together to gather the whole picture of processes
- Get sign off from stakeholders of both the ‘as is’ and the ‘to be’
- Consult on best practices to maximise process design

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years experience - CRM (SFDC), ERP (NetSuite) & HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) preferred
- Experience in analysing and managing complex cross-company processes
- Ability to present processes in diagram & presentation
- Experience in testing processes and implementing
- Use of data-driven analytics & relation to business processes
