THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to start the outbound sales team.
Your objective is to search and qualify leads for sales according to established criteria and arrange meetings.

**THE CHALLENGES, YOUR MISSION**

Identifying new lead prospects through internet searches, social media, and databases in the B2B & international market.

B2B Market: United States, Germany, Ireland.

Creating lists of target companies, analysing leads to complete data in our CRM (Hubspot).

Preparing for, attending, and following up on secured meetings, responding to inbound leads and passing qualified leads to Senior Staff.

Documenting daily activities in Asana and coordinating with the Manager, collaborating with other departments if necessary,

Dive deep in understanding their business and the potential for business alignment.

Represent Beluga in sales conventions and events.

- ABOUT YOU

+ 2 years in Sales experience ideally in B2B SaaS or with the linguistics industry.

SPORTSMANSHIP, Competitiveness shapes athletes who tend to seek challenges, strive to achieve their goals, and persist in their activity despite defeats.

You have excellent listening & communications skills.

High level of responsibility and commitment

Spanish and English native or high proficiency level

An extra language is highly valued
