Para nuestro departamento de Inside Sales buscamos a un/a Inside Sales Representative (Comercial Telefónico). La misión del puesto será fidelizar, potenciar y ampliar la cartera de clientes asignada a través de la venta telefónica, para conseguir los objetivos comerciales establecidos.

Entre las funciones principales del puesto:

- Programar y realizar llamadas telefónicas a clientes activos con compra, en base a la política comercial de la compañía, para cumplir los objetivos de ventas.
- Realizar un seguimiento continuado del consumo actual y potencial de los clientes, detectando posibles desviaciones, nuevas necesidades, renegociando las condiciones de compra cuando resulte necesario y potenciando el incremento de líneas.
- Hacer seguimiento telefónico de los nuevos contactos a fin de aumentar la cuota de mercado y crear nuevos registros
- Analizar la situación del mercado y de la cartera de clientes asignada, para detectar oportunidades de negocio y optimizar la gestión de la misma. Impulsar la venta de nuevas familias, productos y servicios.
- Asesorar e informar de nuestros productos a los clientes a través de campañas telefónicas y promociones de ventas para incrementar el volumen de negocio.
- Mantener comunicación continuada con el departamento de Customer Service, para coordinar gestiones especiales, ofertas, consultas sobre devoluciones
- Preparar la documentación necesaria para las reuniones mensuales con su manager y realizar todas las tareas administrativas asociadas a la gestion de la cartera asignada.

**Requisitos**:

- FP II/CFGS Administración.
- Formación específica en venta telefónica, negociación y en atención telefónica al cliente, negociación o similar.
- Idiomas: Castellano avanzado y valorable catalán y/o euskera.
- Conocimientos Imprescindible Office a nível de usuario.
- Valorable conocimiento de SAP.
- Experiência 3 años de experiência en un puesto de venta telefónica, gestionando carteras de clientes. Valorable aportar experiência adicional como comercial externo.
